Job summary

Third Coast Distributing, doing business as NAPA Auto Parts, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and inventory preparation. You will work closely with store and delivery teams to ensure accurate parts movement and timely delivery, under the Store Manager’s supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and customer-focused service, with responsibilities including supporting loading operations, packaging accuracy, and daily housekeeping.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience with inventory management, stocking, or cataloging systems preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive parts is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unpacks incoming merchandise shipments from suppliers or returns by customers.
• Pulls all orders for standard customer stock orders and special orders.
• Ensures proper end processing of customer orders and accurate packaging.
• Plan, organize, and load trucks for delivery to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility and product line areas.
• Ensure front counter, sales floor, and back areas are clean.
• Follow safety procedures including handling of hazardous materials.
• Protect self, co-workers, and customers by maintaining a safe store environment.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct.
• Understand and comply with all Company policies.
