• Reads customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be gathered, moved, or distributed.
• Obtains products from warehouse shelves and fulfills orders. Carefully identifies information and quantities.
• Inserts products into containers and affixes shipping labels and shipping instructions onto packages and crates.
• Processes domestic shipments and determines method of shipment using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carriers.
• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, and records shortages.
