Job summary

Randstad USA in Franklin, MA is hiring for a dependable warehouse associate to pack, ship, receive, and stock merchandise in a fast-paced distribution center. Training is provided, no experience required, and the role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shifts and weekly pay.

You will use RF scanners and automated picking robots, lift up to 40 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8 hours and repetitively lift up to 40 lbs.
• Clear English communication skills.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Pack, ship, receive, and stock merchandise.
• Load/unload pallets and shelves (by hand and using warehouse equipment).
• Use RF scanners and automated picking robots to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
