Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Center in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced operations. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, with opportunities to learn how to operate PIT equipment through provided training.

Role requirements include being 18+, English comprehension, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand/walk long hours, and work on a 24/7 site.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Understand and follow instructions in English.
• Able to push utility carts up to 60 pounds.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Able to operate or learn PIT equipment (forklifts, reach trucks) with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick customer orders from shelves and pack items for shipment.
• Load packed boxes onto trucks and unload incoming freight from trailers.
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products.
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks.
• Troubleshoot problems.
• Ensure product meets quality requirements.
