Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Reno, NV. The role covers picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling to keep orders moving safely and accurately. The position pays $18.00 per hour with a Monday–Tuesday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Education includes a high school diploma or GED preferred, plus training for material-handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts. Entry-level candidates are welcome and comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to complete company training and certification for material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.
• Ability to learn warehouse procedures, safety policies, and pharmaceutical distribution standards.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
• Use RF scanners and voice-picking systems to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
• Operate in temperature-controlled storage areas while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Train and become certified to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
