Job summary

CorTech International in Reno, NV is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Pay is $21.00–$22.00 per hour with a Mon-Fri schedule from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

You will handle inventory, loading and unloading, order preparation, and equipment operation including forklifts and pallet jacks. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stand for extended periods. Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to operate or learn forklifts and related equipment.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management and reporting discrepancies.
• Load, unload, pick, and store products safely.
• Follow SOPs to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Prepare goods for shipment with correct packing.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Essential Job Functions

• Inventory Management: Participate in regular inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies.
• Goods Handling: Safely and efficiently load, unload, pick, and store products in designated areas.
• Procedure Adherence: Follow and understand company standard operating procedures, ensuring that all tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.
• Equipment Operation: Utilize warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, ensuring that all equipment is handled safely and maintained properly. In accordance with company safety policies, elevate all equipment that is not in good working order, condition, or repair.
• Order Preparation: Assist in preparing goods for shipment, ensuring that each order is complete, correctly packed, and ready for timely delivery.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the warehouse environment is kept clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing training sessions and workshops to improve skills, stay updated with warehouse best practices, and enhance efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned
