Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Reno, NV. The role covers picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling to keep orders moving safely and accurately. The position pays $18.00 per hour with a Monday–Tuesday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Education includes a high school diploma or GED preferred, plus training for material-handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts. Entry-level candidates are welcome and comprehensive training is provided.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout an entire shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated warehouse environments (36°F to 42°F) and occasional freezer areas with company-provided PPE.
• Ability to safely work at heights up to 30 feet while operating warehouse equipment.
• Must wear required safety equipment, including steel-toed footwear and other PPE as required.

Job Duties

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare medical, healthcare, and pharmaceutical products for shipment.
• Use RF scanners, voice-picking systems, and warehouse technology to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
• Work in temperature-controlled storage areas while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Train and become certified to operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, FDA and pharmaceutical handling requirements, and warehouse quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through regular housekeeping practices.
• Support inventory accuracy, product handling, and timely customer order fulfillment.
