Job summary

Kenco Logistics is recruiting a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders, print labels, and inspect products for accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will use forklifts/order pickers as needed, perform quality inspections, and participate in inventory cycles while maintaining a clean, inspection-ready facility. This role requires a High School diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and passing a background/drug screen.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure the correct items are loaded.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Wrap, pack, and label shipments for parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record order information and affix shipping labels per regulations.
• Perform quality inspections and participate in cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report incidents.
