Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. - Wilsonville, OR is seeking a Warehouse Worker to maintain a safe, organized and efficient warehouse. This role supports shipping, receiving, picking, packing, stocking, and delivery preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and be comfortable using basic warehouse equipment including a forklift. Weekend availability is required when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely load, unload, move, and stock materials.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate information accurately.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety compliance with company policies.
• Prepare orders by pulling materials and staging for pickup/delivery.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory controls and order accuracy.
• Organize warehouse and manage bin locations for efficiency.
• Provide high standards of customer service.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated per standards.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment as trained.
• Assist with product storage and delivery setup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
