National Oak Distributors, Inc. is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Buford, GA. The role oversees receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities to keep orders moving efficiently.

You will handle order picking, packaging, labeling, and use RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and procedures
• Knowledge of inventory management principles
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency with RF scanners and data entry
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience with order picking and packaging
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments against purchase orders.
• Sort, store, and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments with correct packaging and labeling.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Load/unload trucks and ensure safe handling of goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and proper housekeeping.
• Assist shipping/receiving with documentation and data entry.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
