Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Chattanooga, TN. You will pick and pack orders, print labels, and inspect products to ensure accurate, damage-free shipments. You may operate forklifts/order pickers and record all order data in company systems.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, attention to detail, and basic computer skills. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and safety and quality compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• May operate a forklift or order picker.
• Pack orders for shipments by various carriers.
• Record order information on forms and records.
• Affix shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets.
• Inspect containers and products for packing specifications.
• Perform quality inspections per SOPs.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Ensure readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Report incidents to supervisor.
