Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn warehouse processes and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, pick, and fulfill daily customer orders using warehouse scanning systems.
• Accurately pick, organize, and pack products according to company standards.
• Perform replenishment activities to maintain product availability.
• Ensure proper product rotation using FIFO practices and maintain quality.
• Apply LPN labels and prepare products for staging, loading, and shipment.
• Transport products to designated staging, loading, or operational areas safely.
• Monitor products for quality concerns, damages, shortages, or discrepancies and report findings.
• Maintain inventory organization and product accuracy within work areas.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete tasks and inventory transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout assigned areas.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, inventory control, quality control, and leadership teams.
• Support general warehouse activities including sorting, labeling, palletizing, wrapping, and movement.
• Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned.
