Job summary

ODP Business Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Kent, WA to support daily order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution facility. Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and related tasks with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic English communication, and the ability to lift up to 150 pounds intermittently. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and familiarity with Word/Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Basic ability to communicate in English, verbal and written.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Basic computer skills (internet, keyboard, saving documents).
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds.
• Basic Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related functions across checking, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping tasks.
• May operate a pallet jack to move product.
• Contribute to a safe work environment and uphold company values.
• Interact with supervisors and work groups on tasks.
• Suggest improvements to distribution processes.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• One year of related experience preferred.
