Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is hiring for Warehouse Associate - Production roles at our York, PA facility. Starting rate is $18 per hour, with opportunities across multiple shifts including reach operators, pickers, loaders and unloaders.

Responsibilities include moving inbound and outbound freight, stocking, loading, unloading, and using RF scanners. We offer a robust benefits package after 90 days and a 20% associate discount.

Qualifications

• HS diploma preferred but not required.
• Able to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and MHE safely.
• Able to use an RF scanner and RF radio when needed.
• Flexible schedule and self-motivation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product from trailers by hand or with MHE.
• Stock, pick, label, and wrap items; maximize trailer cube.
• Scan products and locations with RF scanner; follow safety rules.
• Maintain productivity and work to business needs.
