Job summary

IES Residential is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate in Town of Florida, NY. You will receive shipments, pick, pack, and ship orders, and maintain organized inventory in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift experience or certification is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is valued. This position does not sponsor visas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years warehouse experience preferred; HVAC/Plumbing knowledge is a plus.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
• Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
• Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
