Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate for our Tampa, FL location. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and performing physical tasks throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
• Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
• Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods of time.

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures (heat and cold), noise, and dust.
• Fast‑paced environment with frequent movement and activity.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
