Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our The Colony, TX location. You will compile orders, replenish show floor merchandise, and assist customers on the floor or at their vehicle, while safely operating equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Completion of forklift certifications through Floor & Decor.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and understand compliance with safety processes.
• Compile orders and replenish merchandise.
• Check inventory and orders and assist customers.
• Operate a forklift and move merchandise as needed.
• Restock show floor and organize merchandise to company standards.
• Load out customers with the correct product and keep area safe.
