Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and merchandise movement in our store. You will compile orders, restock displays, and assist customers on the floor or at their vehicles, using a forklift where needed.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and strong customer service. We offer flexible shifts, and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Completion of forklift certifications through Floor & Decor.
• Drug test may be required where permitted by state law.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Restock our show floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards to help customers shop with ease.
• Load out customers with the correct product and assist in locating items.
• Help customers find products and answer questions.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
