Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support store operations by fulfilling customer orders, replenishing showroom merchandise, and moving items for customers. The role includes operating a forklift, ensuring safety, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have warehouse and customer service experience, basic math skills, and a willingness to obtain forklift certifications through Floor & Decor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Warehouse experience and customer service exposure preferred.
• Forklift certifications completed through Floor & Decor are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with stocking and restocking showroom merchandise.
• Provide high quality customer service and assist customers with locating products.
• Operate forklift to move merchandise and load vehicles when needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe.
• Support other store areas as required.
