Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to stock, organize, and manage inventory while fulfilling customer orders and supporting daily shipping and receiving. You will help keep the warehouse safe, orderly, and efficient, ensuring timely deliveries to customers.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, be able to lift up to 75 pounds, and communicate in English; some locations may require bilingual skills (Spanish). A HS diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English; Spanish may be required in some locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
