Qualifications

• Communication skills to interact with co-workers and management, and to enter data accurately.
• Basic math concepts required for counts and audits.
• Ability to operate RF devices and basic motorized equipment.
• Ability to maintain annual certification requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in automated distribution centers and WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move merchandise within the distribution center using hand, pallet jack, or forklift.
• Verify and audit inbound/outbound orders and enter data.
• Identify, label, palletize, and organize merchandise.
• Replenish pick areas and fulfill store orders.
• Assist with loading/unloading and conveyor transfer.
• Report damages and vendor compliance issues to supervisor.
• Collaborate with supervisor to resolve discrepancies and maintain safety standards.
