Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Mayer Team in Charlotte, NC. You will fill customer orders, receive, stock, and ship material while maintaining safety and accuracy. The role includes inventory checks, equipment operation, and potential counter sales support.

No experience is required, though warehouse exposure helps; forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck certification are preferred. Excellent safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety culture and a safe work environment in daily operations.
• Follow established SOPs and safety rules; address safety concerns promptly.
• Receive material from vendors and verify quantity against packing lists.
• Keep incoming orders stocked and report freight damage claims.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct product types are shipped.
• Process shipment paperwork and verify correct merchandise and labeling.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required.
• Load vehicles and inspect equipment; perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• May assist with counter sales and customer support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
