Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Mayer Team in Birmingham, AL. You will fill customer orders efficiently, receive and stock materials, and prepare shipments while maintaining safety and accuracy.

This role requires operating forklifts and other equipment, performing inventory counts, and supporting branch activities. No deliveries are involved; prior warehouse experience is a plus. Join a safety‑minded environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive materials from vendors or other locations and verify quantities.
• Stock, organize, and maintain shelves and designated areas.
• Prepare and fill branch orders for shipment.
• Process shipping paperwork and ensure correct postage and labels.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other equipment as needed.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• May assist with counter sales and customer support as required.
