Rexel USA in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Mayer Team. The role emphasizes safe, accurate order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material while upholding company standards for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, performing inventory, processing shipments, and supporting customer service when needed. No deliveries are required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willing to train.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• High School or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials per SOPs.
• Maintain branch warehouse environment and equipment.
• Operate forklift and reach truck when required.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process shipping paperwork and verify shipments.
• Support counter sales and customer support as needed.
• Ensure safety rules and EH&S requirements are followed.
• Follow procedures for damaged freight claims.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
