Job summary

OnTrac in Lebanon, Tennessee is hiring Package Handlers. You will unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP codes, then load trucks for delivery.

The role requires teamwork, safety adherence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Starting pay is $18.00/hour with a scheduled increase to $19.50/hour on September 12, 2026, plus an incentive of $1.00/hour for weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stay on your feet for the shift length.
• Able to regularly lift, push, pull and move items averaging 50lbs and up to 75lbs.
• Ability to work in heat/cold and in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers

Base Pay: Your base rate of pay will be $18.00 per hour until September 11, 2026. Effective September 12, 2026, your base rate of pay will be $19.50 per hour.

Incentive Pay: Your current hourly rate of pay plus an additional $1.00 per hour weekend shift Incentive! (Friday-Sunday)

Shift: (7 day availability)

2 Shift times: 1230PM - 12:00AM or 1:30PM - 12:00AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
