Job summary

OnTrac in Lebanon, TN is hiring Package Handlers to support our warehouse operations. Base pay is $18.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour incentive on weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday). Shifts run 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with two weekly schedules: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday.

You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and work as part of a safety‑conscious team. We offer a supportive environment, 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, and paid sick leave.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stay on your feet and work in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items up to 75 lbs.

Incentive Pay: Your current hourly rate of pay plus an additional $1.00 per hour weekend shift Incentive! (Friday-Sunday)

Base Pay: $18.00/hr

Shift Hours: 8:00AM - 12:00PM or End of Sort

Shift days: ( 2 options) Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
