Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Franklin, MA for a part-time role with roughly 24–30 hours per week. Shifts run Wednesday through Sunday or similar early morning hours, 2:30 AM to 8:30 AM, with end-of-sort variations.

You will unload trailers, sort by zip code, and load trucks while maintaining safety and teamwork. Expected duties emphasize staying on your feet, lifting up to 75 lbs, and adapting to seasonal warehouse temperatures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to regularly lift, push, pull and move items up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stay on your feet throughout shift.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse with varying temperatures by season.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done!

Pay: $19.00/hr

Shifts

Part-Time (Approximately 4-5 days/week, 24-30 hours total)

• Wednesday through Sunday 2:30AM to 8:30AM or End of Sort
• Saturday through Wednesday 2:30AM to 8:30AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
