Job summary

OnTrac in Antioch, TN is hiring Package Handlers to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will help unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and assist with loading delivery trucks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This entry-level role requires the ability to stay on your feet, lift up to 75 lbs, and work shifts that may vary. We offer a supplemental benefits plan, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off options.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Ability to stay on your feet in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced setting.

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers

Address: 3872 Logistics Way, Bldg. 3 Ste 301, Antioch, TN 37013

Pay: $18.00/hr

Shift: 1:00 AM - 5:30AM or End of Sort

(3 Options)

• Sunday - Thursday


• Tuesday- Saturday


• Friday - Monday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
