Job summary

Dakota Supply Group’s Grand Rapids, MN location is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time, hourly role. The job involves order pulling, shipping and receiving, putting away stock, and maintaining a safe, clean warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Basic product and warehouse knowledge.
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Safety training on material handling and forklift driving.
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
The physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Prior computer knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

Accurately pull material from location to fill each order.
Pack, label and place orders in proper locations for delivery.
Operate gas and electric forklifts and riders.
Operate wire measuring/cutting and pipe machines; cut to length and prepare items for shipment.
Sweep, mop, dust shelves and maintain a clean work environment.
Use computer and RF scanner to check status and location of product.
Notify inventory control about shortages or overages.
