DSG Supply in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a Warehouse Associate. This is a full-time, hourly role where you will support all aspects of warehouse operations, including order pulling, packing, shipping/receiving, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

You will operate forklifts and other equipment, use RF scanners, and help load delivery trucks. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, teamwork, and reliability, with competitive pay and an ESOP-centered benefits package.

Qualifications

• Basic product and warehouse or delivery knowledge (1–3 years).
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Safety training on material handling and forklift driving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Accurately pull material from location to fill each order.
• Pack, label and place filled orders in proper locations for delivery.
• Operate gas and electric forklifts and riders.
• Use RF scanner to check status, availability and location of product.
• Notify inventory control about shortages or overages in inventory.
• Load delivery trucks and assist Receiving as workload permits.
• Inspect trucks before delivery and report issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
