U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. is seeking a Back Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our Wyomissing location. You will receive, verify, and organize materials, prepare orders for delivery, and assist with driver duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and warehouse experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; DOT compliance; and a customer-service mindset to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills with driving and warehouse experience are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, sort, and organize incoming materials and deliveries.
• Check in stock, perform put-away, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or will-call with accuracy.
• Organize routes, prepare manifests, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and related equipment safely.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks; assist with returns or discrepancies.
• Provide driver coverage as needed to support customer deliveries.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure order accuracy and on-time fulfillment.

Yale Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our team. This position will be located in our Reading, PA location.

Hours: 4:30 am start time or earlier based on business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, sort, and organize incoming materials and truck deliveries accurately.
• Check in stock, complete stock put-away, and maintain accurate inventory.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or will-call with attention to detail.
• Organize and route deliveries, prepare manifests, and ensure orders are ready for scheduled delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, and wire cutters, safely and efficiently.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and other inventory management activities.
• Tag and label materials, process shipping documentation, and assist with returns or discrepancies.
• Fill in as a driver as needed to make customer and branch deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and deliveries.
• Support general warehouse duties and contribute to a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to comply with all DOT pre-employment requirements.
• Customer service and driving experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in variable warehouse conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math and reading skills.
• Comfortable with ladders, forklifts, and handling physical tasks.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to follow instructions clearly.
• Forklift experience is strongly preferred.
