U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. invites applicants for a General Warehouse Associate position at our Teterboro, NJ location. This 2nd shift role starts at 1pm and offers opportunities to grow within a century-old electrical distributor.

Join Monarch/Swift, an affiliate of USESI, and be part of a team of 2,000+ across 150 locations. You will receive, store, pick orders, operate forklifts, perform cycle counts, and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Shift: 2nd shift starts at 1pm.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store incoming materials accurately.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or will-call.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, wire cutters) safely.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and maintain cleanliness.
• Tag and label materials, process shipping docs, handle returns or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support general warehouse duties and maintain a safe work environment.

Monarch/Swift, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Teterboro, NJ location. This is a 2nd shift position with a start time of 1pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store incoming materials accurately.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or will-call with attention to detail.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, wire cutters) safely and efficiently.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Tag and label materials, process shipping documentation, and assist with returns or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Support general warehouse duties and contribute to a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in variable warehouse conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math and reading skills.
• Comfortable with ladders, forklifts, and handling physical tasks.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to follow instructions clearly.
• Forklift experience is strongly preferred.
