U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is seeking a Sales Management Trainee in Wyomissing, PA to develop leadership and sales skills within a leading electrical distributor.

You will assist customers, manage orders, quotes, and inventory transfers while learning sales strategies and industry operations at over 150 locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Proven leadership ability
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning new concepts and strategies
• A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
• A passion to learn and try new things
• Able to multi-task while staying focused and productive

Responsibilities

• Assist customers promptly at the sales counter, by phone, and through email.
• Create and manage sales orders, returns (RGAs), and inventory transfers.
• Provide quotes, place and process orders, and support walk-in customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and warehouse area.
• Support order fulfillment, including stock placement, will call preparation, and general warehouse tasks.
• Proactively track and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company procedures.
• Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits.
• Other duties assigned by the manager.
