Fetch Package in Chicago seeks a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid to help maintain a safe work environment, process packages, pick driver routes, perform inventory audits, clean workspaces, and assist delivery drivers with scheduling drops at local communities.

The ideal candidate lifts up to 150 lbs, uses handling equipment, and can navigate routes across apartment communities, requiring clear communication and reliable attendance. We welcome motivated teammates in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps.
• Clear, concise verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load and delivery.
• Lift parcels up to 150lbs with equipment or team lift.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of weekly work schedule across communities.
• Pickup inbound freight from carrier facilities using handling equipment.
• Crouch, kneel, and stand regularly during shifts.
• Move loads to and from delivery vans and communities.
• Lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary.
• Maintain safe driving with good vision and depth perception.
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks.
