Position requires working Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm with mandatory overtime as needed. Emphasis on safety, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Skills: Basic understanding of warehouse operations, able to operate or willing to learn equipment like forklifts, and good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: Participate in regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Goods handling: Safely load, unload, pick, and store products.
• Procedure adherence: Follow SOPs to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Equipment operation: Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and maintain equipment.
• Order preparation: Prepare goods for shipment ensuring correct packing and timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean and safe.
• Collaboration: Work with teammates and other departments to optimize operations.
• Continuous improvement: Attend training to improve skills and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime may be required.

Position: Forklift Driver

Pay: 21.00 per hour

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm

E ssential Job Functions:

Inventory Management: Participate in regular inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and report any discrepancies'

Goods Handling: Safely and efficiently load, unload, pick, and store products in designated areas

Procedure Adherence: Follow and understand company standard operating procedures, ensuring that all tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.

Equipment Operation: Utilize warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, ensuring that all equipment is handled safely and maintained properly.

Order Preparation: Assist in preparing goods for shipment, ensuring that each order is complete, correctly packed, and ready for timely delivery

Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the warehouse environment is kept clean, organized, and free from safety hazards

Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to optimize warehouse operations

Continuous Improvement : Engage in ongoing training sessions and workshops to improve skills, stay update with warehouse best practices, and enhance efficiency.

Perform other duties assigned
