Job summary

Bay Insulation Supply of Reno Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver in Nevada to handle receiving, shipping and delivery to job sites. This non-CDL role requires forklift operation, material handling, and safe warehouse practices.

You will verify quantities, prepare items for shipment, and maintain clean, organized facilities while meeting DOT requirements and a valid driving license. Hourly pay is $25.00 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment, preferred.
• One-year verifiable experience driving a straight truck, required.
• Ability to pass Driver Background Check and meet DOT regulations to receive and maintain a med card, required.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Driving Duties. As a condition of continued employment, employees working in a position requiring driving as an essential function of the job, are required to maintain a valid license, and an acceptable driving record as per our insurance provider’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pulls, stages, and loads outgoing material orders.
• Prepare materials for third party shipping (palletizing and shrink wrapping).
• Loads and unloads trucks of products and materials.
• Verifies quality and quantity of all incoming materials.
• Ensures accurate inventory by verifying material counts.
• Follows all safety policies and protocols.
• Safely deliver material to job site or customer’s office.
• Safely operate forklift.

This position will also assist in delivering materials to job sites/customer offices when necessary and keeping the warehouse clean, neat and in safe working conditions at all times.
