The Trilogy MedWaste, Inc. Elk Grove facility is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver. You will perform unloading/loading, route pickups, and ensure 100% accuracy of manifests and waste data while adhering to safety protocols.

This full-time, non-exempt role pays $24.50 per hour, with opportunities for training, compliance reporting, and travel to domestic Trilogy facilities as needed. Strong organizational skills and ability to lift up to 65 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and push/pull 250 lbs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and hazardous materials.
• DOT licensing requirements acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Unload and load vehicles.
• Scan waste and weigh accuracy.
• Prepare records of receiving and production as needed.
• Safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive vehicle to customer locations per route.
• Pre- and post-trip inspections; maintain Hours of Service log.
• Review and sign manifests and shipping papers.
• Load/unload materials and secure for transport.
