Job summary

Trilogy MedWaste, Inc. is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to safely manage customer collection routes on a variable schedule. You will interact with customers, staff, and regulators, ensuring safety, compliance, and professionalism on every interaction.

Role includes operating a vehicle, performing pre/post trip checks, and training customers on manifests. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with competitive pay and benefits in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a good driving record within 3 years; no accident reported.
• Must have excellent customer service skills with customers and regulators.
• Must understand how to use a computer for data entry.
• Must be able to use a mobile app for manifest documentation.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Must meet all applicable DOT and licensing requirements.
• License: Class C or higher; MEC certification ability.

Responsibilities

• Collect containers from health care offices.
• Drive vehicle to customer locations along routes collecting material.
• Report for and complete required training.
• Prepare and report pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain Driver’s Hours of Service Log.
• Review and sign manifests and shipping papers.
• Provide customer training on manifesting and packaging.
• Label, load, and secure materials for transport.
• Clean, wash, and refuel vehicle as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
