Job summary

Trilogy MedWaste, Inc. is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to safely complete customer collection routes with varying schedules. You will interact with customers, employees and regulators, follow safety/compliance regulations, and present professionalism in every interaction.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, vehicle inspections, and maintaining logs, with competitive pay and benefits. Travel to domestic Trilogy facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a good driving record within 3 years; no accident reported.
• Must have excellent customer service skills with other employees, customers and regulators.
• Must understand how to use computer for data entry.
• Must be able to use software app on mobile phone for manifest documentation.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Quickly adapt to changing business demands.
• Must meet all applicable DOT and licensing requirements.
• Licensed for vehicle to be driven (min. Class C); Class A or Class B license also acceptable.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Medical Examiner's Card (MEC).

Responsibilities

• Collect containers from health care offices.
• Drive vehicle to customer location along determined route collecting material for delivery to designated location.
• Report for and successfully complete all training as required.
• Prepare and report pre & post trip inspections.
• Maintain Driver's Hours of Service Log as required.
• Review and sign manifests and shipping papers.
• Provide customer training (manifesting, packaging, etc).
• Properly label, load and secure materials for transport.
• Clean, wash and refuel vehicle as needed.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
