Job summary

Trilogy MedWaste, Inc. is hiring a Non-CDL Driver to support healthcare waste collection across markets. The driver will operate under supervision, follow safety regulations, and interact with customers, staff, and regulators.

Compensation starts at $22.00 per hour with competitive benefits and PTO, plus a 401(k) with company match. The role requires a valid driver’s license (Class C or higher), DOT readiness, MEC eligibility, and ability to work varied schedules with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a good driving record within 3 years.
• Excellent customer service with coworkers, customers and regulators.
• Able to use computer for data entry.
• Able to use a mobile app for manifest documentation.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Adapt quickly to changing business demands and tasks.
• Must meet all DOT and licensing requirements.
• Licensed vehicle operator (Class C or higher)
• Must obtain and maintain MEC.

Responsibilities

• Collect containers from health care offices.
• Drive to customer locations on assigned routes for collection.
• Complete required training and inspections.
• Maintain driver Hours of Service logs.
• Review manifests and shipping papers.
• Provide customer training on manifesting and packaging.
• Label, load, and secure materials for transport.
• Refuel and perform basic vehicle maintenance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
