Job Summary

We are searching for a Warehouse Associate - Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate is ambitious, hardworking, professional, and delivers consistent results. This role involves working accurately and efficiently, paying careful attention to detail, following instructions precisely, and double-checking work before completing tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lifting, loading, driving, delivering, off-loading & staging materials with forklift and pallet jack (manual off-loading required).
• Counting and stocking materials based on inventory control practices.
• Receiving products from vendors.
• Dispatching products to installers.
• Methodically packing orders and preparing job packages for shipping.
• Identifying damaged, lost, or missing materials and notifying the team immediately.
• Operating 16' box truck to transport materials from vendors to warehouses.
• Occasional jobsite delivery of materials to customers.
• Handling materials with care and concern.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not carry supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

Education, Experience & Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience desired (training available).
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Self-starter, able to plan, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and work on feet for long periods, reach with hands and arms, move between spaces, bend at waist and knees, twist, lift and move up to 50 pounds, and discern differences in quality.

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment with general working conditions.
• May need to meet tight deadlines.
