Job description

The goal of Mygrant Glass Company is to provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt service to our wholesale auto glass customers.

Mygrant Glass is Hiring a Day Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate.

*This is a safety-sensitive position. Qualified applicants must have a valid Driver License and will be required to submit for screening.

Requirements:

1. Meet the delivery schedule in a timely manner.
2. Inspect, load, and deliver automotive glass.
3. Verify customer order is accurate – quantity and quality.
4. Contact the supervisor immediately if an error is made.
5. Must have adequate physical strength to frequently unload, load, and lift automotive glass weighing up to 35 pounds with occasional parts weighing up to 75 pounds.
6. Delivery of auto glass products to the customer accurately.
7. Report any damaged items to your supervisor.
8. Safe driving habits at all times.
9. Use modern computer systems – iPads and Bluetooth accessories.
10. Must be punctual and reliable.
11. Must communicate with other departments to ensure customer needs are exceeded.
12. The job includes sitting, lifting, stooping, and walking.
13. Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
14. Prepare customer order – cleaning and inspecting the glass.
15. Package customer orders by providing protective materials attached to the glass.
16. Load customer orders into delivery vehicles.
17. Perform daily vehicle safety inspections.
18. Not required – CDL encouraged to apply.
