We serve industries such as electronics, chemicals, water treatment, metal finishing, pollution control, and life sciences, as well as the construction market.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service at the Will-Call counter, including entering orders, answering questions, and selling parts.
• Accurately and cost-effectively pull, package, and ship orders.
• Organize stock and maintain locations using computer systems.
• Drive company-owned trucks to deliver orders to customers.
• Load and unload truck deliveries.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service.

Requirements

• One to three years of warehousing, business, or physical distribution experience.
• Driving/delivery experience with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of PVC fittings or the plumbing industry is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and effective communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and professional demeanor.
