Job summary

Src Holdings Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for SRC Logistics in Springfield, MO. This full-time role runs Monday–Thursday, 9:15am–6:00pm and starts at $17.75/hour. You will help move freight, load/unload shipments, and maintain inventory while following safety protocols and operational standards.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequent standing, with a focus on accurate cycle counts and safe material handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Competent literacy to read tags without transposing part numbers.
• Powered Industrial Truck certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to warehouse safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Interpret work orders and determine material handling needs.
• Transport freight using forklifts or pallet jacks and load/unload materials.
• Identify correct material placement and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Perform additional tasks to support warehouse operations.
