Job Summary:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center safely and accurately, including pulling and preparing stock shipments for distribution to Rodda Miller Paint locations and external customers.

Job Description:

  • Set up cans, box/tray packs, and hand palletize products.
  • Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness.
  • Organize stock and prepare products for shipment, including matching labels and filling out batch cards.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Receive, store, and load products, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
  • Complete shipping procedures and inventory adjustments.
  • Operate forklifts and other machinery safely.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Use scanning equipment and stock management systems accurately.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Prior warehouse experience required, with knowledge of warehouse systems and processes.
  • Responsibility, maturity, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with JDE system and Outlook.
  • Certified Forklift Operator (Standard and Crown).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English reading and writing at a 12th-grade level.
Physical Requirements:

The role involves standing, walking, lifting (up to 80 lbs.), crawling, reaching, pushing/pulling, bending, climbing, and handling various tools and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
