Job summary

Border States Industries, Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking a Distribution Center Warehouse Associate - Inbound (6:30am - 3:00pm). The role unloads, inspects, and processes inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy against POs/ASNs and proper labeling for putaway.

You will work with RF devices and WMS, maintain inventory, and coordinate with quality control to resolve discrepancies. The position emphasizes safety, organized work areas, and effective communication within a busy DC environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience preferred.
• Prior warehouse distribution experience including forklift operation preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical products/systems preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• PC knowledge for Windows, internet, email, and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate stock pickers, reach trucks, or forklifts.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments against POs/ASNs.
• Process inbound goods in the WMS, including labeling and staging.
• Put away materials to designated storage locations and maintain inventory areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts, audits, and labeling of items.
• Communicate issues or needs to the appropriate departments.
• Adhere to safety standards and PPE protocols.
