Job summary

Braden Business Systems, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Indianapolis-area operations. This in-person role supports shipping, receiving and order fulfillment, with a focus on accuracy, customer service, and teamwork.

You will handle UPS World Ship tasks, assist with inventory controls, operate office equipment, and participate in a fast-paced environment Monday–Friday with a day shift. Relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UPS World Ship and shipping procedures.
• Understanding of shipping/receiving and order picking processes.
• Excellent customer service, communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and shipments using UPS World Ship.
• Assist shipping and receiving and pick orders.
• Provide accurate inventory of checks and balances.
• Manage delivery and setup of equipment (copiers, faxes, printers).
• Operate a forklift where required.

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Essential Functions of a Warehouse Associate:

• Knowledge of principles and processes regarding UPS World Ship
• Understanding of Shipping and Receiving department procedures, including picking orders
• Excellent customer service skills including, effective communication, active listening, and follow-up skills

• Manage and oversee delivery and set up of equipment (copiers, faxes, and printers)
• Ability to operate a forklift
