Job summary

Holman Enterprises is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Freedom, PA location. This role starts at $21 per hour with Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm shifts. We offer benefits including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, PTO and more, with eligibility within 30 days of employment.

You will position bar coding, pull and stage parts, verify packing slips, ship parts to customers, and assist with inventory and safety initiatives while maintaining accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience.
• Pallet Jack/Forklift experience.
• Experience with wireless scanners and inventory systems.
• Experience with UPS or FedEx shipments is desired.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Positive energy while working in a team setting.
• Technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Properly position bar coding on all incoming parts and equipment.
• Pull and stage parts for job/work orders.
• Receive packing slips and verify quantities for parts against purchase orders.
• Responsible for the shipment of parts to customers.
• Collect and properly package inventory and purchased items needing shipment.
• Must comply with the company’s safety policies and clean initiative standards.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
