Job summary

Holman Powertrain is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Freedom, PA. The role involves receiving, staging, and shipping parts, using barcodes, and ensuring accurate quantities against purchase orders. You’ll lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with help, in a Monday–Friday daytime shift with benefits.

Starting pay is $21 per hour, with health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and more. The team values safety, accuracy, and collaborative work to move parts efficiently.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience
• Pallet Jack/Forklift Experience
• Experience with wireless scanners and inventory systems
• Experience with UPS or FedEx shipments is desired.
• Basic computers skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive energy while working in a team setting
• Technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Properly position bar coding on all incoming parts and equipment.
• Pull and stage parts for job/work orders.
• Receive packing slips and verify quantities for parts against purchase orders.
• Responsible for the shipment of parts to customers.
• Collect and properly package inventory and purchased items needing shipment.
• Must comply with the company’s safety policies and clean initiative standards.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
