Job summary

POOLCORP, the world's leading distributor of outdoor living products, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in the Detroit area. You will accurately pull, fill, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup in a fast-paced warehouse, while loading deliveries and logging inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to maneuver objects up to 100 pounds.
• Follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Distribution/warehousing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading delivery trucks.
• Receive shipments and log into inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with regular audits.
• Communicate with supervisors, sales staff, and customers about deliveries/pickups.
• Operate forklift safely and complete vehicle safety checks.
